December 25, 2018 Destination: Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental to visit a FZ Club CDO rider friend in Gingoog City and a Team YBR CDO Inc. co-rider who got involved in a nearly fatal accident in 2010.

 January 22, 2019 Destination: Mangima Bukidnon

 May 24, 2019 Destination: Timoga, Iligan City

The solo rides listed above completed Michael's first 1,600 kms break-in requirement.    

Michael ride with old time riding buddy 12-29-2018

'Twas December 29, 2018, when Michael (myN400) and I went for a short ride with my old time riding buddy during Team YBR CDO, Inc. days. Our destination was Bonsetas Fun Rides Station in Talakag, Bukidnon. It was a one day ride, full of fun and excitement on board my new Kawasaki Ninja 400 KRT Edition 2018.

Michael, my new ride is a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 400 cc bike that I bought last December 3, 2018. 

The first thing I did was bring him to the church to thank God and ask for protection every time we are on the road.

Then, finally Michael was home.

His first few kilometer on his odometer (around 20kms) was during city driving, while familiarizing myself with the bike. Then adding a 100 kms on his odo via a rain-disrupted trip to Gingoog city, that only ended up to the boundaries of Jasaan and Balingasag, Misamis Oriental. 

The ride to the Laguindingan International Airport and to Midway, Initao in the western part of Misamis Oriental added 117 kms making Michael's total of 237 kms.

Lunch break at Midway, Initao, Misamis Oriental, then headed back home. 

Yesterday ride (Dec. 22, 2018) gave Michael his first taste of the twisties via Cagayan de Oro City-Talakag-Lantapan-Valencia City ride. A total of 332 kms back and forth ride to visit a long time friend.

Total distance on the odo - 569 kms

Arrived home at 7:20 pm.
